Here's a news source with information on Jessica Lunsford Act. Note that her father has been leading the nationwide campaign to pass similar laws in other states. 33 states have done so already (not 44) and there apparently are federal steps being pursued. The last link is to the foundation supporting that effort.

1. Be sure to search for Florida Family Policy and see what you find. What sites turn up most often? Is this a special interest group? What implications does this have for us in an academic setting as we think about family policy?
